Inmobiliaria Juana is a family company founded in the 1940s by Mrs Juana Pastor Bernabé, who has been considered one of the pioneers in the field of real state business in Torrevieja.

The important development experienced in the south of the province of Alicante, together with the need of providing a more professional service have meant the specialization of this company in two main areas. Firstly, the rental of apartments for both short holiday periods in summer and long stays in winter time. However, this modernized company has also been giving expert advice for more than 20 years about the purchase of new and second-hand properties to all those clients who have wished to make this southern paradise their own homeland or have acquired their properties as an important source of income.

The responsibility towards our clients has led us to select the best immovable items in Torrevieja and its surrounding areas, but at the same time to branch out our energies into other activities related to the property business such as the administration sector.

Nowadays, this highly professional firm is run by a combination of experience and youth represented by Mrs Carmen Martínez Pastor, commercial manager and Mrs. Juana Pastor’s daughter, and by Mr Joaquín Albaladejo Martínez, lawyer, real state agent, administrator, property agent of Banco Santander Central Hispano, and third generation in this family company.

This long and brilliant professional career has been recently confirmed by the institutional acknowledgement of the local Town Hall through the publishing of a book, Un Siglo de Torrevieja (1901-2000), where Inmobiliaria Juana is the only company mentioned in relation to the local property business.
